I got in touch with the staff through the website because my partner was staying at The Wolas Villa and Spa on a girls’ trip last week, which happened to include Valentine’s Day. I wanted to arrange a surprise for her from a distance and wasn’t sure how smoothly that would go. They made it easy. They replied quickly, were genuinely nice and helpful, and took care of everything with real thought. She was completely surprised and loved it. She said the staff were amazing and made her feel special. I really appreciate the effort. It meant a lot, and I’d absolutely recommend them.

We hardly wanted to leave the villa because it was so lovely. It was spacious, the pool was huge, the bathroom felt 5 star, and the air conditioning worked very well. Staff brought fresh water every day and looked after us when we got Bali belly. We also arranged airport transport through them, which was professional and easy. The Wolas Villas gave us the quiet and privacy of a villa, along with the dedicated staff, 24/7 hotel convenience, and delicious food options. It’s a 20-25min walk from Seminyak centre, but easy to get to and much calmer than staying right in the bustle. There’s also a x 2 daily shuttle bus. Exactly what we wanted, and we’ll be back.

The service was the standout, they really went out of their way to look after us. The villa was elegant and clean, and the pool was spotless. The café food was amazing too. A breathtaking stay, deserves 6 stars!

We woke up to a peaceful villa and soft Bali air, but there was no breakfast served. At Wolas Villa & Spa Bali, the plates were denied, and the promises felt thin. By noon I was nauseous, then spent hours vomiting instead of exploring. I felt weak and sore while Bali was blooming outside. Trips depend on small things like food in the morning. One missed meal might sound minor, but it turned into the longest day of the trip, and a day in Bali we can’t get back. The villa and spa may look luxurious, but basic care matters too. The photos may impress, yet breakfast here was only a claim.

A pleasant stay, though the food was hit-or-miss. Checkout was the real letdown: they seemed to pick at every little thing and were serious about charging for missing items, so be ready for a thorough check.
