Townhouse Oak Legian Near Legian Beach Formerly Sayang Maha Merta

The location is decent, but the uncomfortable room and lack of upkeep made my stay disappointing. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, so it stayed hot most of the time and was hard to rest in, especially at night. Towels weren’t in the room either. I had to go to the lobby to get them, which felt inefficient and unprofessional. When I arrived, the floor was wet and very slippery, so the room didn’t feel ready or safe. The balcony was also dirty, with dust and stains. Better cleaning, a proper AC repair, and more attention to service would make this place much better. As it is, I wouldn’t recommend staying here without major improvements.

The price was really good, and the service made the month feel special. I stayed here with four friends for almost a month, and the staff were so welcoming they felt like friends. The room was one of the best we had. Mr Yogi was especially supportive, which is why I wanted to write this. Thanks, Mr Yogi. If I’m back in Kuta, I’ll definitely try to stay here again.

We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The place was clean, well looked after, and had a really nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, and it was great value for money. We’d definitely come back.

A simple, quiet and comfortable room for a very reasonable price. It was spotless, and would suit a solo traveller or a couple who just want somewhere good to sleep without extras. Save the money for enjoying Bali.
