The team made us feel cared for throughout our stay at TS Suites Seminyak. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to assist. The security staff were especially attentive when we needed to cross the busy road with our children, helping manage traffic so we could get across safely. We were grateful that the staff smoothly arranged a room change when my husband asked for one with a balcony. The beach shuttle was really convenient, and the beautiful infinity pool was clean, relaxing and well maintained. The location made errands easy, with a convenience store, nail salons, hair braiding and laundry services right opposite the hotel. Thanks to everyone for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We may stay here again on our next Bali trip.

The staff were lovely, attentive and easy to reach on WhatsApp. We appreciated the 2pm late checkout, breakfast available all day, and the option to leave our luggage after checkout before a late flight. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. The bathtub couldn’t be filled with warm water, though the upstairs pool more than made up for it, and the pool bar with shisha was a nice extra. Le Petit restaurant downstairs was excellent, and hotel guests get 10% off. There’s also a convenience store out front and laundry nearby. TS Suites Seminyak exceeded our expectations, and we’d definitely stay again.

The location suited us well, quieter than the busy areas but still close enough to reach the main streets easily. Staff were always glad to help, and the hotel was well maintained. We stayed for a week, and because we’d visited several times before, we got a room upgrade to one of their huge suites. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a great buffet selection: salad, bread, croissants and pastries, continental and Indonesian dishes, plus an egg station where they cook eggs how you ask. The rooftop infinity pool and bar were very nice, and there’s an adequate gym. Beds and towels were changed and cleaned daily when requested. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at TSuites, and would highly recommend it and come back.

The rooftop pool was amazing, the food was tasty, and our room was roomy and comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the people working here were kind and helpful. I felt at home and didn’t have any problems at all. Can’t wait to come back to Ts Suites 😍

We spent two weeks at TS Suites in October 2025 and would happily return. Shopping and bars are just a two-minute walk away, and a free shuttle gets you to the beach in five minutes. The pool was fantastic, warm and open until 10 pm. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and well kept, the staff were lovely and helpful, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The bed felt a little too firm for us, and the restaurant and bar cost more than at other places we’ve stayed. Still, it was a fantastic experience.
