The staff were the best I’ve ever met, and everything else was top notch and close by. One thing to know is that the pool level isn’t suitable for children or beginners. The terrace lighting could also be better at night.

Beautiful and clean. I stayed for a few days, and the housekeepers did an amazing job each day. The staff were kind and respectful, and would provide toiletries if you needed them. They also offer massage and laundry services. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Villa #5 had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a kitchen, family room, and lovely outdoor space with its own pool. The location was nice and quiet, with shops, restaurants, and cafes only a short distance away. Yati and the whole team at Ambermoon Villas made our family holiday memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

We had no electricity on our second night, with two kids and no air conditioning in 30 degrees heat. The villa was filthy and poorly maintained, there were ants all over the kitchen, and there was no hot water. The villa we arrived at was completely different from the photos they showed us. The owner wasn’t there and spoke to us by phone. She was very rude and didn’t know how to speak to paying customers. Our experience at Ambermoon Villas Seminyak was really bad, and I’m sure others have been fooled too. It was a hell of a villa, not worth even one star. Please avoid this place.
