This was my fourth or fifth stay with the Villa Bugis group, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Krisna in Seminyak. It was perfectly clean when I arrived and looked exactly like the online photos. Every staff member was polite, respectful, and happy to handle my requests. The villa was cleaned daily, and anything I asked for was taken care of without question. Breakfast was prepared every morning, with multiple delicious options, so there’s no need to go out for it. Special mention to Eddie, an awesome operator and a credit to his employer. The location is fantastic for trying different Seminyak restaurants, and it’s close enough to get to Legian or Canggu. Highly recommend Villa Krisna and the Villa Bugis group.

The pool was great, and the layout was lovely. Villa Krisna was immaculate and very relaxing. Breakfast was cooked in the villa each day, and they cleaned daily too. Pande, Gede, and Martini were amazing, going out of their way to help with everything we wanted or needed, even beyond what the villa offers. Highly recommend.

The villa and guesthouse are beautifully situated, and the architecture, furniture, and general feel could easily earn five stars. But our stay wasn’t great, which is why I’m giving three. Housekeeping was really poor: the towels and linen were dirty, and the cleaning felt superficial, though the pool guy was cool. The rooftops are disintegrating and seem very old. Whenever there was stronger wind, straw dust and bits ended up covering everything in our rooms. The security felt intrusive too, repeatedly asking where we were going, what we were doing, and when we’d be back. It started out as jokes, but became pressing.

Such a peaceful, beautiful place. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the daily breakfast was incredible. It’s ideal whether you want to stay in all day or head out on day trips, and everything was always kept tidy.
