The pool was the one drawback for us. It seemed to have too much chlorine, which made swimming uncomfortable at times. Still, Villa Soul is a beautiful, well-kept place, and we had a lovely stay. It’s roomy and thoughtfully designed, with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a shared open lounge, and a good-sized pool beside a lawn where kids can play and adults can relax. Bedrooms can be locked separately, which gives everyone privacy and flexibility. Meals can also be cooked at the villa, which made things more comfortable for us. It’s about 300 meters from the main road, so the setting feels quiet and private, though children have to walk that short stretch. We’d happily return. It worked well for our group and had plenty of space for a relaxing Bali stay.

We stayed with family and the staff were so attentive, always ready to help. The villa is beautiful and close to everything. Meals are available on request, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The staff were really friendly, and the villa was airy and stayed fairly cool. All the ACs worked well, and we liked the pool too. The beach was an eight-minute walk for our family, with Eat Street nearby as well. A very nice place in a great spot.

The villa was much better than the photos suggest. It was very clean, the rooms were pristine, and they were all equally lovely, so nobody got the 'short straw'. We spotted a few ants, but that comes with an open-air villa in Bali. Just keep food covered. The pool was wonderful and large enough for all 11 of us. Filtered drinking water was provided and replenished, which saved us from carrying bottles back from the shop. We came to Villa Soul as a group of 11 for my 30th birthday, and the whole visit felt special. My partner secretly arranged a private chef through the property managers for a surprise birthday BBQ, and it was incredible. Ni Nyoman was so lovely and joined in with the birthday surprise my family planned. The cleaning team were wonderful too, and the BBQ chef was very talented. The layout gave us room to gather in the living area or retreat to our air-conditioned bedrooms. Staff were available from the time we booked to answer all our many questions. There was a mix-up with groceries I’d ordered on management’s online form, and they couldn’t find the order when we arrived. They apologized a lot. It wasn’t a big issue since there’s a Circle K around the corner where we could get a few essentials. The location worked well, around a 10-minute walk to the beach and Seminyak town. There’s also a nice cafe at the end of the street, handy when it was too hot to head into town. I’d recommend this villa to absolutely EVERYONE. I’ll be dreaming about it for ages.

Villa Soul was clean, nicely decorated, and close to both the beach and the Main Street. The staff were so friendly, and the host arranged a pick up for me and shared some good places to eat. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Thanks so much for everything!
