Palm Bajo Hotel

We had already booked, but when my friends and I reached the hotel at 4:30 pm, we had to wait about an hour while the staff prepared our rooms. We saw other people having the same experience. A very poor stay, such a waste of time. I really regret staying here.

It was clean and the staff were helpful, so it was okay for one night. The breakfast wasn't good, and there wasn't even milk for the weak coffee. No Wi-Fi in the lobby, some rooms have no windows, and there are no facilities or pool. It's relatively far from the harbour, and there's no beer.

There are a few restaurants and a mini mart right beside the hotel. A short walk gets you to street food, and there's a large supermarket nearby at Labuan Square. You can also walk to Bukit / Puncak Waringin. The room and bathroom were both big enough. There's an elevator, though it wasn't working when we visited, and someone can help carry luggage. Breakfast was basic and only so-so. The location is okay.

If you just need somewhere to stay, this hotel is good enough. There's hot water in the room and the breakfast is fair. The hotel doesn't have any other facilities.
