The room looked worn, and the price felt too high for the state of the amenities. Several things were broken or barely working. The phone was unreliable, and the local TV picture kept shaking and freezing halfway through, perhaps because of an antenna problem. The water heater stopped working while I was showering. The cupboard was badly fitted and hard to open or shut, while the wallpaper and walls were cracking and peeling. The bed cover looked poorly washed or not properly sterilized, and its color had turned yellowish. They had provided only a tiny amount of liquid soap and about one eighth of a roll of toilet tissue, with the same stingy supply in the tissue box. Breakfast was limited to cold food, without even a simple hot egg option. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.

There wasn’t a smoke detector in the room. If someone in another room smoked, the smell could almost seep in through the AC or the bathroom exhaust fan. Management should make the rooms non-smoking. Breakfast also didn’t have much variety.

I stayed in room 109 on the first floor and liked being close to the mosque. A hotel I’d recommend in Lahat.
