I’d gladly come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and even small requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. From arrival onward, the team was kind, attentive, and quick to help with a smile. They made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming, and you can tell they care about guests. Highly recommend it if warm, helpful service matters to you.

Breakfast was tasty, the location was great, and the price felt good. My aircon wasn’t cooling properly, but they moved me to another room right away. The staff were friendly and quick. I had to pay for laundry after spilling tattoo ink, but it was really affordable. Still a five-star stay from me 🤙

I never made it to the hotel because extreme weather and flooding in the area kept me from arriving. The management handled the situation with real kindness, understanding, and professionalism, and made a stressful problem feel taken care of. They clearly value guests even when plans fall through, and I can see why the hotel gets so many five-star reviews. I’m looking forward to booking again when conditions improve. Thanks for setting such a high bar for hospitality.

The rooftop pool is a real highlight, clean, well kept, and usually peaceful. For a budget-friendly hotel, this is a good choice: the beds are comfortable, the aircon is cold, and the rooms are simple but clean. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Nightlife, shops, and good food are all around. The towels could use an upgrade.

There’s some noise from the karaoke bar across the road until about 11 pm, as you’d expect in such a busy area. Still, the rooftop pool and sun deck are nice, breakfast is good, and the friendly staff provide good service.
