Episode Gading Serpong

This is just my POV and preference. Service was top quality, with every staff member helpful and friendly. I loved it. The location is very strategic: Pizza Hut and KFC are across the street, while Paramount Modern Market and Summarecon Mall are within 2 km. Breakfast was a highlight for me. There was a lot to choose from, Western to Indonesian, and I liked the bright windowed area, which wasn't glaring or hot. The kids club is a plus when travelling with family, and kids get some coins for the arcade machine at check-in. Still, I don't think the club is maintained very well, and there was no staff member on standby. For a 4-star hotel, the pool feels a bit small, though it's an infinity pool with great scenery. Being close to the main road can also make it noisy at night. The sink was separate from the bathroom, which was new to me. I liked the bed and pillow, but they were too soft for my preference. Water pooled in the bathroom when I showered, even with the shower screen door closed.

We stay at episodes hotel gading serpong almost every month. It's a great hotel for the money, in a good location, and the room is clean, tidy, and cozy. Check-in is quick, and the front office staff are very nice and friendly. The best part is breakfast: really good food, a great atmosphere, and excellent service. Keep up the good work, guys. The Executive King room at Hotel Episode gave me exactly the chance to recharge I needed. It was roomy, nicely equipped, and comfortable to unwind in. I left feeling a lot better than when I checked in. Thanks for the thoughtful service and restful stay.

The breakfast was very good, and I found the room comfortable during my three nights. I did run into a couple of problems: water drained so slowly in the bathroom that it spilled from the shower onto the toilet floor, and the elevator moved especially slowly when it was busy. I hope they can address both for future guests.
