I stayed two nights on the 10th floor and found the apartment great. The staff, security, and everyone else were humble and very helpful. It’s in a strategic location and I’d recommend it. I don’t get why its Google rating is only 2.9 out of 5.
AEON Mall is very close, handy for meals or shopping, and the friendly receptionists and staff made the stay pleasant. There are free bikes, plus a mini market. The well-kept premium residence has a separate lobby in each tower, plenty of parking in the basement and several floors above, and facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, garden, and library. I stayed a few days in a clean, well-equipped two-bedroom unit with soap, towels, plates, a frying pan, mineral water, and WiFi. It was quite spacious, but they’d only provided single beds, which felt small for two people. A comfortable, high-quality place overall.
After nearly five years living here, I’ve found the location handy for AEON, BSD, Serpong, and the toll road. The place is clean and well maintained. There’s a free gym and indoor and outdoor playgrounds, plus a library that’s really more of a lounge area. The meeting and karaoke rooms cost by the hour, and FamilyMart is convenient for everyday shopping. Receptionists and cleaning staff are polite and friendly. Parking rules are enforced strictly, so people don’t speed around or park wherever they like. The road noise is still very loud inside my unit with every door and window shut. Maybe the glass isn’t thick enough. It’s bothered me ever since I moved in. I’ve also had to deal with the office admin staff several times over things like documents and parking. They seem to lack etiquette and professional protocol, look down on me, and treat me as if I were a maid. Even if I were one, they’d have no right to look down on me. The apartment itself is Japanese-class, but the admin staff are village-level in their manners. Those are roughly my pros and cons. I hope the place keeps up its quality in the years ahead.
I love living at Branz BSD. It’s super clean and modern, with a cozy Japanese style, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. As a pet parent, the big thing is that it’s pet-friendly. It’s not easy to find a nice place like Branz BSD that lets you bring pets. When the earthquake hit BSD and some neighboring buildings shook, Branz didn’t shake at all. The building structure felt really solid and safe, and I felt totally secure.
A nice, comfortable, homey place to stay, and the view is the best.
