We booked the cheapest room, so I accepted that it might not be great, but I hope they stop renting it until it's fixed. My husband and I stayed only an hour to charge our phones. It was dark and dirty, bugs wouldn't go away, the toilet didn't work, and there was no TV remote.
It's not too bad, just okay. The price is exceptional.

Cheap rooms are no excuse for poor service. There were no staff, clean rooms, or hot water, and people have been scammed and left disappointed. If you're not going to run the lodging properly, it would be better to close it. What is this guesthouse trying to do? It's a Batman trap.
There was dust everywhere and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned. If you don't want to rent it out, then stop doing so. I'd think twice before staying here again.
