Bukit Permata Lembongan

Stayed four nights with my partner and really recommend it for couples looking for a lovely, peaceful place. The staff are so, so kind.

For AU$50 a night with breakfast included, this was hard to fault. The pool is lovely and the view from it is majestic. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, though keeping wildlife out can be tricky because the bathroom is partly open air. You can hire a scooter at reception for 70k per day, and you'll need one to get around.

We only booked three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The view is even better than the photos suggest, with the infinity pool looking out over the ocean among frangipani and banana trees. The family who own the hotel made us feel like part of their family while staying professional, and helped with anything we needed. They arranged our transfers, scooter rental, and a snorkeling trip where we swam with manta rays and dolphins. Breakfast was simple but delicious. If we come back to Lembongan, we'll stay here again. It was a highlight of our Bali trip.

The cottage was lovely, and the staff were kind and helpful. Great views and a nice pool, with a simple but good breakfast. The scooter price was fair too. I'd come back anytime.
