Gecko Villa & Bungalows

Joni was especially kind and polite, and helped me work out the best ways to get around the island. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. My bungalow was spacious and well cared for, and the pool was always clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Gecko again when I’m back on Lembongan.

Gecko is close to nearly everything but still away from the bustle, which made for a lovely stay. We were told when booking that the local full moon party might be noisy, but in the end the sound was so slight it didn’t bother us at all. Joni, the manager, and all the staff were warm and helpful. We’d happily stay here again when we return to lembongan.

Joni and his team were wonderful hosts, welcoming and polite, and nothing felt like too much trouble. On our last day I was in pain and needed a massage, and Joni kindly let my friend and me check out 40 minutes later so we didn’t have to rush. The villa itself was beautiful, cosy and very comfortable. I slept so well. It’s close to restaurants and beaches, and the service was exceptional. I’d absolutely come back. Thank you so much!! 🫶🏽💕

The friendly, attentive staff made sure we had what we needed, and the location was handy, just a short walk from the beach and local eateries. The garden views from the private porch and the sounds of nature made it a nice place to relax. There’s also a clean, well-kept shared pool surrounded by greenery. Our bungalow had a rustic wooden style and thatched roof, with a comfortable bed, simple decor and plenty of space. It was well maintained. The tropical setting had a hidden-paradise feel, and the stay offered a good mix of unwinding and exploring.
