Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur - Bali

The pool was huge, and the jacuzzi at the end became my favourite spot. The poolside food and happy hour were great, and staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed. Room service was excellent for food and drinks when we didn't feel like going out. The whole resort was spotless, with a big comfortable bed, filtered water for refills, and touchless lifts to help prevent sickness. From the welcome drink onward, the staff were friendly and worked hard to make the place feel five star. The food and cocktails were amazing.

Everything was spotless, and the area around the pool was so calm. From the excellent breakfast to a good night's sleep, we had a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and staff were happy to help whenever we asked. The beach and boardwalk are only a short five minute walk away, which is a must while you're here. We're moving on to another place, but we'll return because we enjoyed this one so much.

We'd spent the previous two weeks further north and booked this huge, beautiful hotel for our last night in Bali. We were sorry to have only one night because the staff were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Even the coffee was delicious. They were easy to deal with when we asked about a late checkout, and happily allowed it for a small extra fee. They also surprised us with a lovely room setup and a honeymoon cake. It caught us completely off guard and brought us to tears, we felt so grateful. When I called reception and the restaurant with questions about food allergies, they were patient too. The hotel is central for getting to lots of good places to visit and eat. There's also a nice little walk down to Sanur beach, where you can relax on the rocks. All the staff were attentive and friendly. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay.

The facilities are excellent, with a hot shower, daily room cleaning, and a water dispenser for drinking water and hot drinks. There's a nice pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, and the hotel is close to the beach. Rooms were tidy and clean, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. We didn't eat at the restaurant because we were on a budget trip. Still, the hotel was worth staying at, and I'd definitely come back.
