Mitha made sure we had whatever we needed, and was an absolute angel. The rooms were cleaned daily, everything was comfortable, and it felt luxurious for the price. Breakfast was included with plenty of options, and Herlina served it each morning with a huge smile. All the staff were lovely, and Bare and others always gave us a funny good morning. It's within walking distance of everything we needed, and when we did need a ride, Mitha arranged drivers at good rates. The place was so beautiful and made our trip unforgettable. We made lifelong friends, miss them already, and hope to stay again soon.

I was only there one night, even though I’d booked four nights in an 8-bed dorm. The location near Lembongan’s dive shops and the good reviews had sounded promising, and the amenities, clean rooms and private beds did seem as described. But the poor airflow left the dorm and beds damp and musty, especially with the main curtains closed. The attached showers and toilets had no separate exhaust either. My dust and mold allergies flared up badly enough that I couldn’t sleep, so I moved elsewhere. I spent part of that long night outside in the common area and noticed the free Wi-Fi had gone down late at night and wasn’t back until morning. It might have been an outage. A few other things: there’s a free water refill station and a small book collection by the pool. The shower had hot water, but the pressure was weak on the second floor. Towels cost extra to rent, and they had none when I arrived on Wednesday night. If dust or mold sets off your allergies, I’d avoid it. Without those issues, it may be good value.

The staff made us feel so welcome. One friend got really sick, and they kept checking in and looking after her. We also lost the key to one of their scooters, and they were kind about that too. We stayed three nights in the female dorm. The beds felt private, and the curtains blocked out all the light, so it was easy to sleep even when others were still up. They rent scooters and arrange lots of trips. We went snorkeling, which was amazing, for just $250,000 IRD per person. Loved staying here!

Dirty, dirty, DIRTY. No hot water, and I got respiratory infections. They wouldn’t refund me. Avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else.
