There’s Wi-Fi, and the place is close to town. The rooms are comfortable and not cramped, with amenities and towels provided, plus tissues. It’s affordable too. The one inconvenience is the manual squat toilet, which means flushing with a bucket. Please spray for fragrance and mosquitoes before guests arrive. Thanks.

The service is friendly and the price stays cheap whether you book by the day, week, or month. There’s room to park, though the lot isn’t very big, and the homestay is near the city. At night, mosquitoes made it hard to sleep. The bathroom door is difficult to close and there isn’t much space to put clothes there. The bed is soft and clean, with pillows and bolsters, and there are lots of storage spaces. Sleeping here was comfortable, just not as comfortable as at other places. Trash cans are outside.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice, the building seemed very new, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. There’s also a shared kitchen. The place is close to the city center and affordable, which made it a good stop on my trip to Medan. Everything felt safe and comfortable. One small suggestion for the owner: add towel hangers both inside and outside the bathroom. Good luck! 👍🏻
