I was here for a business trip, and the location was handy, close to the city square, convenience stores, ATMs, food courts, and street food vendors. The AC and hot shower worked, there was free coffee or tea in the morning, parking was fairly spacious, and they also have a pool table. But cleanliness was lacking. Looking under the bed, I found dust, trash, and plastic. I don't think the room had been cleaned before I checked in on the first day. For me, a clean bed and room are a must when staying at a hotel or homestay. The lighting matters too. The room had only warm white bulbs, and it needs a cool white one as well to brighten things up.

The host stayed up waiting for us late at night, and the morning coffee was a nice extra. The room had no windows, one wall was a little moldy, and we could hear the neighbors. Still, it was very good for the price.

The location is great, but the bathroom smelled bad. The bedsheet looked new, yet it wasn't very clean, so they probably need to get new ones.
