We spent Christmas here with my husband, and it was amazing. The view was a ten out of ten, breakfast was good, and room service came pretty quickly even in the middle of the night. The security guard was great, and the receptionist who helped me was sooo nice, though I forgot his name. Mr. Okky helped me a lot too, thank you. The housekeeping team kept the room clean. Totally awesome, good job Aston inn Batu 🤍🤍

Mister Dwikl was great in every situation at the hotel, always kind and able to explain things. All the staff were lovely. They could learn a little more English to make communication easier, but everything else was nice. Thanks for everything. Philippe Lacasa

Aston Inn Batu has a lot going for it, especially the location near attractions and the lovely mountain views. The rooftop pool and restaurant were highlights, and breakfast was tasty with a good range of choices. Our room was comfortable and well furnished, and the amenities felt good for the price. Check-in went smoothly, and the friendly staff were always ready to help. I did find visible spots on one of the drinking glasses in our room, so it seemed it hadn't been cleaned properly. It wasn't a major problem, but it did make me wonder about housekeeping's attention to detail. With more care there, this could be a five-star stay. Even so, I had a pleasant visit and would recommend the hotel for its value, service, and location.

The ambience and service were good, and the food was good too. We got a gift and left happy. Thanks to Astoninn batu, kak rafli & friends. Worth trying for a romantic dinner.

A fantastic dinner, especially the food. I loved the chicken mushroom cream soup. The waitress, dewi, was so pleasant too. Thanks a lot!
