The parking system could use some work, but I'd come back if I can. Breakfast was ready when we woke up and was still warm and nice to eat. Our room was clean, the bathroom was fine for that room rate, and the towel was clean. There was no hot water. We arrived very late at night, and the customer service lady held the room for us. She was polite and warmly welcoming. The service was excellent.

A bit old, but for 220 k you get a low-budget room with good basics like AC, TV, and a hot shower. Their fried chicken at breakfast is so tasty.

I stayed for bed and breakfast while on vacation to visit the beaches in southern Malang. For such a cheap price, they should renovate some of the rooms. That might get me to come back for a standard room.

It's a 50:50 option for a low-budget backpacker, especially if you just need a place to sleep. There's affordable food around Armi Hotel, and getting to Malang Kotabaru Station is easy: cross from the hotel and take a blue public transport car. Near the station, you can also find heritage spots like Tugu Hotel and Alun-alun Tugu.

We had a comfortable enough night at Armi Hotel. Breakfast was sufficient, and everything was very cheap.
