This was the most disgusting place we've stayed during four months of travel in Southeast Asia. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The first room smelled damp and had a leak dripping from the ceiling, so we asked to move. In the next room, there were blood stains and lots of hair on the bed, and the bathroom had one of the worst smells we've ever encountered. We'd booked two nights but left after just one to stay somewhere nicer. The women at reception said there was nothing wrong with the rooms and wouldn't refund or compensate us for the unused night.

I checked in around 11:30 at night and left early the next morning. The room smelled awful and was dirty, especially the sheets and pillows. I don't think they had been changed. The bathroom was even worse. It was a nightmare, and I won't stay here again.

For 200k, it was okay for the price, and the AC was good. The toilet didn't work, there was a little cockroach, and the hot shower was only enough for one person, not two. The staff weren't very welcoming, stayed on their phones, and didn't say hello as you passed. That's about what I'd expect for the price. Definitely not a three-star hotel, or maybe it was one 300 years ago.

I asked for one king bed, but got two single beds put together, and the bed wasn't comfortable either. The room was just okay, and I stayed only one night.

After a long train ride, I arrived with my family, including a six-year-old and an infant, for our two-night reservation. The hotel said it only accepted cash or Indonesian debit cards, but that policy wasn't mentioned anywhere on our Agoda reservation. They showed no sympathy while my family waited outside at night with crying children, and had no workaround. I even offered to pay cash the next day since I didn't have much on me. After wasting 45 minutes, we had to take a taxi to another hotel. The manager wasn't there either. A horrible experience.
