The food is delicious, and the service is friendly. There's plenty of space, so the area works well for weddings, too. For a staycation in Manado, you get great facilities, including a clean swimming pool and a nice dermaga (jetty) where you can relax in the evening.

I tried the Old Building, and it seems to have been updated; it feels new. There's a new building as well, which I should try next time. The food is good and has lots of choices, and there's a small water playground for kids.

Honestly, I was shocked and disappointed by how long everything took. The restaurant was quite empty, but my beer arrived 40 minutes after I sat down and ordered, and the salad took 50 minutes. I watched another table get its order within 15 minutes. I didn't expect a nice-looking hotel like NDC to take so long.

The pool was wonderful when we used it last week. We went back today, but the water looked dirty and was turning green. They need to keep it clean and clear, since it could be a health hazard.

For a stay in Manado, this is a very good hotel choice, especially if you're coming with loved ones.
