The fan room ended up working well for me. It had a decent bed, a clean squat toilet, and a large wall fan that could be adjusted so it didn't blow straight at the bed. The old TV didn't work, but I didn't mind, especially for Rp. 175k a night with breakfast. The fan kept me cool all night. Breakfast was basic, but edible, and they had a surprising variety of fruit and snacks. It was a 2 to 3 minute walk across the large hotel area to the restaurant where breakfast was served. I came to the area by motorcycle for a relative's wedding and first found the hotel on Google Maps because it was nearest to where I was. The groom wanted me to stay at his usual hotel, but when we passed this place I checked it out. The GMaps price was in my range for just one night. The evening receptionist was a nice guy and offered me a standard room with AC. It seemed good value, but it was toward the back, and with how busy the area was, I couldn't park my motorcycle somewhere I felt was safe. Before walking to that room, I noticed another one where I could leave my bike right outside the door, so I asked for it instead. That one only had a fan. There are different room types here, from fan-cooled standard rooms to villas with several rooms and a shared area. Payment can be made in hard cash, by Qris, debit card, or credit card.
