They turned me away when I arrived, even though I’d booked and paid through Traveloka. They said all the rooms were full and they no longer partnered with Traveloka, and I still couldn’t get my money refunded.

I’d already paid on Agoda, but they rejected me at the property and said they no longer accepted online bookings. This is a scam, basically fraud.

The room’s comfortable enough and has AC. There’s a TV too, which can be entertaining.

The service is good, especially at the KIA polyclinic. The midwives are friendly.
