The facilities were quite good and comfortable during my recent stay with my aunt, but we had an upsetting privacy incident. I was in the bathroom while housekeeping was cleaning the room, and a staff member opened the bathroom door without knocking or checking first. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I understand the staff were doing their job, but knocking or asking before entering is important for guests' comfort and safety. I hope hotels take this as a lesson and improve their procedures around guest privacy. Better practices could help this hotel provide better service in the future.

We've stayed here several times on trips to Medan City. Rooms are compact, but clean, and the nightly rate is affordable and reasonable. There's a sink in the room and a shower in the bathroom, so the facilities are fairly complete. Breakfast isn't included, but there are several nearby restaurants with tasty menus at pocket-friendly prices.

I had a wonderful stay when I visited Medan in April last year. The hotel was well equipped with the facilities I needed, and the service was top-notch. It was cozy, good value for money, and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was the weak point for me. It was too plain and not delicious at all, and I wonder why the seasoning was so mild. Hopefully it was just a mistake during my stay. The hotel is in a strategic location, and the room was cozy, clean, smelled nice, and had complete facilities, though it was compact.

The room was clean and had a nice view, and it was quiet a good place to stay. There was coffee, an electric kettle, a pair of towels, slippers you can't take, and a faucet in front of the bathroom. The bathroom was kind of small, but good. There's no wardrobe, though, so I didn't know where to put my clothes. There wasn't drinking water in the room either. Reception told me I could get water from the dispenser in the corridor on each floor, but I had to find a bottle or something, fill it myself, and bring it back.
