Festive Inn by OYO Rooms

A couple of bugs crawled out from under the pillow, and that was when I decided to leave right away. The room and its attached bathroom were disgusting. The staff apologized and offered another room, but I turned it down because I couldn't imagine it being any better than the one I'd seen. The place is on a dingy side street, and I felt uncomfortable as soon as I arrived. For some reason, the entire first floor was wet. I expected better from an OYO establishment.

We left as soon as we arrived and went to another hotel. There was mold in the building, and the rooms had a strange smell that gave me a headache after just a minute, so there was probably mold in there too. There were no windows, and the bathroom floor had a lot of water on it. The lack of windows and the wet floor wouldn't have bothered me much for the price if it weren't for the smell.

I was disappointed. I usually choose comfort and cleanliness, but this time I knocked on the wrong door.

It's a lovely place if only housekeeping were better. The hotel feels very tired and needs an upgrade. The towels weren't clean, there was no soap or toilet paper, the room walls were dirty, and the bed had bugs. When the cleaner comes, she sweeps and mops with a dirty mop, then uses only plain water in the toilet. I asked about soap and toilet cleaner, and she said the owners don't provide them. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
