It's quiet enough to sleep really well here. The floor even gets freezing cold at night, so you don't really need air conditioning. It's an okay place to stay, but don't count on the TV, most channels are noisy.

Berastagi has a cool atmosphere, and this family villa is highly recommended at an economical price.

The staff are friendly and the place is comfortable, so it works well for families. After checking twice, though, I found booking directly was cheaper than using the app.

At 297,500 rupiah a night, the room was comfortable once I got used to it, and this is a cool region where air conditioning isn't really needed. But the Wi-Fi was almost unusable. I had booked through a website that listed air conditioning and a refrigerator, and neither was available in any room. I complained and tried to leave, but they said a full refund wasn't possible because the site had taken a commission. In the end, they gave me a juice at a cafe and we made up.
