The room smelled strongly of mold, especially around the toilet, and it was so bad I couldn't use it. Service was poor too. They handed us the room and then never spoke to us again. I think the owner's dog was outside at night when we returned, and it scared me every night. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The washrooms smelled pretty bad. When the power suddenly went out, the room became suffocating because it had no windows and we couldn't sleep without the AC.

Really lovely hotel. The owner was super nice, and the room was clean with air conditioning and hot water. A great place for a holiday in Nusa Penida.

The place was horrible. My room had just a small window, and mosquitoes got in through it. There was humidity everywhere, and everything was dusty and dirty. They claim to offer room service, but they don't, and the place is far from everything. I had no money, so I couldn't get breakfast or dinner. I also want to add what happened when I arrived after a motorcycle accident, with injuries all over my right side. My wounds were bandaged but infected, and they oozed overnight and stained the sheets, which I couldn't help. Since there was no room service, I ate some fruit because I needed to take antibiotics and didn't want to take them on an empty stomach. I asked to pay for it right away, but was told to pay at checkout. There was always a sign at reception saying staff were praying. I called several times and nobody came, while my taxi was waiting outside. The driver ended up helping me with my bags too. I booked through the Agora application, so they can ask them to charge me for the fruit I didn't pay for. I'd stayed in plenty of homestays and hostels at the same price and never found one this dirty. Cleanliness isn't about money, it's about respect for your guests. Best regards.
