Radjes Bungalow Nusa Penida

The location made getting to most attractions convenient, and the staff and owner were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, neat, and spacious, just like the photos. I especially loved the big window and waking up to that view each morning. I’d definitely stay at Radhes Bungalow again when I’m back in Nusa Penida.

There’s no reception or anyone regularly at the villa, though the woman handling bookings is only a WhatsApp call away. We arranged pickup and drop-off through the hotel taxi, and it arrived on time. The villa is a couple of kilometres from the market and harbour, so a bike or taxi helps. A warung across the road, about a 50-metre walk, serves breakfast and makes lunch or dinner to order. I liked its food more than that at some nearby restaurants. We stayed at Radjes for three nights and got more than we expected for the price. The rooms are among trees and flowers, with morning sun coming through a huge glass window. The room, bathroom, curtains, and sheets were quite clean. It’s an awesome villa for a great price, and we had a very good stay.

The family who owns the place were such kind, happy people. Even though they didn’t speak much English, we felt like guests in our own family, and we already miss them and the place. It was quiet and surrounded by nature. Those two nights became our most romantic memory from a month in Bali and the nearby islands, and probably our best stay of the whole vacation. When we arrived, I asked the family if they lived in paradise or if I was dreaming.

Surrounded by nature, this bungalow has breathtaking views and a peaceful feel. It’s beautifully designed and made for a perfect escape. Absolutely stunning, and truly unforgettable.
