With just four bungalows, it was peaceful and quiet, and a lovely place to watch the sunrise and spot birds. Rus was lovely and very helpful, booking taxis, a scooter, and a ferry whenever we needed them. Breakfast was included and very good value, especially the great smoothie bowls. Diamond Beach and Atuh beach are both close enough to walk to. I'd stay again.

A very disappointing stay. The rooms weren't clean, basic facilities were poorly maintained, and staff member Ruse was rude and unprofessional. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend the resort to anyone.

Rus was a friendly, helpful host who was happy to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation was clean and quiet, with great ocean views, and the birdlife was really good if you're into wildlife. Diamond Beach was impressive and only a 10min walk away. At sunrise we saw monkeys at the lookout, mantas below, and beautiful beaches. I'm glad we picked Penida's east side.

During check-in, the receptionist was on FaceTime and threw out a lot of rude, inappropriate words to her friends right in front of me. The payment situation was strange too. Although I booked online, she would only take cash at check-in and had no change. But when I ordered food, which I believe she got from outside the hotel, card payment was accepted.
