We felt welcome from the start, and the staff were genuinely caring and lovely. The ocean view was incredible, and our room was clean. The food was good too, and there are inexpensive spa treatments. No complaints from us. Compliments to the kind staff and chefs!

It wasn't a huge hotel with a big staff, but the people there made this our best stay in Indonesia. The location near the harbor was handy, and everyone at the hotel and restaurant was the best staff I've ever had, so friendly and helpful. The manager even knew our activity schedule better than we did and kept everything running smoothly.

The staff were the highlight for us. They were warm and friendly every time we saw them, and offered suggestions for things to do. We were welcomed so kindly, and our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Grand Yuna in Nusa Penida is in a great spot, just a short distance from the main area with the harbour, restaurants, and shops. The hotel view is stunning too. I'd highly recommend staying here.

After four days in Indonesia, this is still the best hotel we've found so far, so I'm giving it five stars. There were a couple of issues: the AC duct leaked, and the sink drained slowly. But it has bathrobes, towels, good shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel, plus a pool with a view that's cleaned every day. All in all, it's good.

The location is fantastic, the pool is great, and the restaurant food is really tasty. The staff made the stay, though, they were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Chibi was especially sweet when I wasn't feeling well. We had the best time and will stay here again on our next trip.
