Sundance Residence

The photos online don’t show the property as it actually was. This was one of the worst villa experiences we’ve had, and we wouldn’t recommend staying unless major improvements are made. The villa felt uncomfortable and unclean. Black larvae were everywhere, including on the beds, towels, floor, kitchen counters, bathroom, and floating in the pool. A few bugs outside in nature would be understandable, but larvae on beds and towels are completely unacceptable. The pool had dead larvae and debris in it, the sunbeds were filthy, and the bathroom floors were dirty. The TV didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi stopped at 6 PM and never came back. When we raised the larvae problem, the host called it “seasonal,” but that doesn’t excuse the lack of cleanliness and hygiene inside the villa. We were very disappointed.

The mountain weather was perfect. The place was absolutely amazing, but Putu and his family are the reason I’d come back. They’re the nicest people and cook amazing food too. It was a wonderful experience!

The cozy, private atmosphere and beautiful pool made this a perfect romantic escape. The views were stunning, and everything went beyond what we expected. I’d love to stay longer next time.

We had a lovely weekend at Sundance Residence, renting a villa for two nights. The nature around the property is beautiful, the villa is brand new, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed it 1000% and recommend it! The only downside is that it’s far from the restaurants, but the staff gave us a menu, so it was easy to order food.
