The sports and fitness facilities were complete and well kept, and I enjoyed the delicious food, with every dish exceeding my expectations. Check-in was impressively quick, thanks in part to Ms. Nikita, who was so friendly and helpful throughout. Every staff member was polite and attentive, and the hotel feels stylish, clean, beautifully designed, and luxurious. I had a wonderful stay at The Alts Hotel Palembang, and thought it offered great value for the price. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it.

The banquet team made sure everyone was looked after, including guests with dietary needs and allergies, and the special menus were a real plus. The chef put out creative, delicious meals, especially the great gala dinner. Mas Izul from Marketing also deserves special appreciation for being so supportive and making all the arrangements seamless. I was impressed by the service throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with the comfort and convenience business travelers need. The hotel also worked well for leisure and professional events. Meeting rooms and event spaces were ideal for workshops, trainings, and corporate gatherings, with good technical support and a smooth setup that made organizing everything easy. It strikes a great balance between comfort and professionalism. I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure, especially for companies looking for a reliable venue for training sessions, workshops, or corporate events.
