RedDoorz near Millenium Waterpark Palu

There’s a water dispenser in the center, but no water heater in the room. The amenities are basic: a TV, table, plastic chair, and mattress. The AC takes a long time to cool, and there aren’t any hooks in the room or bathroom. The rooms and bathroom aren’t especially clean, and the bathroom door in room 2 on the first floor is a little loose. It may suit people looking for budget accommodation.

For a room this size and price, it was okay overall. I could hear noise from outside because the room isn't soundproof, and the bathroom needs some maintenance. There wasn't any soap there either.

The AC barely cooled the room, so it got pretty hot, and the staff didn't greet me warmly or seem friendly. The bathroom also needs work: the toilet was poorly maintained, there were chunks of cement lying around, and the leaking toilet seat made noise. Definitely needs improvement.

The location is pretty good, right in the city center, and the room itself was quite nice. But there was no hot water for bathing or water heater for drinking, and the service needs a lot of work. Check-in and check-out times also didn't match what the app showed. I hope things improve so I can come back someday.
