The woman on staff was helpful, and the room was fairly clean with basic amenities. The rest of the stay was uncomfortable, though. When we arrived on 15 September, we were told the accommodation was no longer partnered with OYO or any other online platform, despite what the listing had claimed. The male employee then said we had to pay extra. We also had to seek a refund from Traveloka, which made our holiday hectic, so we chose to stay just one day. The owner later received around 300k or more from OYO the next day and told us an extra 40k would let us extend for two days. My friend was already uncomfortable and disappointed, so we didn't extend. Please update your Google Maps listing or ads to say that you're no longer partnered with any platform. As customers, we don't know about your issues with them. We just expect to be able to stay after paying through the platform.

Hotel MUFASA made for a comfortable two-night stay. The room was clean and well equipped, with air conditioning, a TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a soft bed that helped me sleep well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. They also suggested some local places to eat. Its location made it easy to explore the area. I'd gladly stay at Hotel MUFASA again if I'm back around here.

The accommodation is in a handy spot, with trendy restaurants and cafes within a five-minute walk. There's also a nearby gas station, and the grocery store next door has a decent range of snacks and drinks. Motorcycles can be parked beside the accommodation, while cars go in the front yard. I'm a bikepacker from Palembang and chose this place after reading its Google Maps reviews. Alhamdulillah, it matched what previous guests had said. My room was clean and fresh, and the place felt peaceful and comfortable. The service was good, and the facilities were great: bed, wardrobe, TV, AC, slippers, amenities, towels, private bathroom, and very fast Wi-Fi. They also provide prayer robes and prayer mats, plus an emergency light. I thought it was pretty good and would recommend it to people planning a trip to Bangka. I booked through WhatsApp, and a TF is required for the down payment.

It's close to Indomaret and restaurants, right by the roadside, and a nice place for families and children to relax. The reception was friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. Qurans, prayer robes, and prayer mats are available too. I'll stay here again, God willing.
