Cottage Syariah GS Rumah Kayu

Both rooms we rented were old and in very poor condition. The bathrooms hadn’t been looked after properly, there was no hot water, and each room came with only one towel. We were told we’d have to pay extra for another one. After spending just 10 minutes there, we decided to look for another hotel and let the money we’d paid for two days go. Before that, while waiting for the rooms, we ate at their restaurant, and the nasi goreng was awful.

From our first impression at reception through the room service, we felt well taken care of and really satisfied. It was a very comfortable place for a family holiday. We’d like to return to Rumah Kayu Resto and cottage next time. Also, try the Nasi Liwet from the restaurant, highly recommended. Gracias.

The location and views are lovely, but I was very disappointed by the water situation. There’s very little water, and the tap flow is extremely weak, so it’s hard to do much when the supply isn’t adequate. Please improve the service.

The cool surroundings in lembang make the place even nicer. The service is good, the Sundanese food is tasty, and the prices are affordable. Definitely a place I’d recommend. Love it.
