The view was good, and the deposit was just 100K. A few things could be better, though: the pool wasn't as hot as I expected, we only got one key card, and the water heater barely worked. The Wi-Fi also dropped out now and then.

The rooms, facilities, views, and food were all great. A really well-rounded place.

We were expecting more for the price. The hot water was barely warm, and although everything else worked, the ceiling had mould and some of the furniture was a bit damaged. The staff did help by suggesting a local warung a few kilometers down the hill. It was clean and the food was tasty.

The water heater didn't work, and there weren't many places to eat nearby. The restaurant only operates during breakfast, so the other option was random street food vendors coming in and out of the hotel area.
