Ebony Guest House

We rented several rooms for two days for our family, and the service from the owner was unfriendly. Two rooms were five minutes late, but because of car trouble we were only ten minutes late, and they still told us to hurry out. They kept ranting incoherently. I really don’t recommend the place. The service was terrible, the wardrobe door was off, and the bathroom, oh my.

This was my first hotel stay, and the service felt very average. I understand it’s a sharia hotel and know the rules, but I only came to drop food off for my friend from out of town. I knocked, and they immediately told me to leave. The staff could see I was dressed neatly and heading to work with a lot of food. They spoke loudly as if they were going to raid me, then had me deliver it like a courier, saying, “mas misi mas pakett” 😮‍💨. If I’d meant to do anything strange in the room, why would my friend have booked a sharia hotel? I was really disappointed by the service. I’d rather pay more than get cheap accommodation with zero service and ethics.

A handy location, and quiet, clean, friendly surroundings. Just right for a rest. Great place.
