Velonia Iseh

Ibu made us feel at home right away at Bisbis House, Iseh Village, greeting us with a smile and a welcome drink. Her warmth was a big part of what made this stay so memorable. We also appreciated that she let us check out at 1:30 PM after our rafting trip finished late, so we could rest before leaving. The view from our clean, nicely decorated room was beautiful, with the river, rice fields, and Mount Agung in the distance. At night, the river sounds were so calming. Ibu took us on an evening walk by the river through the paddy and vegetable fields, sharing stories about the land and local community. It felt like a real connection to life in Iseh Village. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious, the property has private parking, and it’s close to the Telaga Waja rafting area. We also got to see their largest villa, which has a private pool, lots of space, and a great view. We’ve decided that’s where we’ll stay next time. Bisbis House gave us a peaceful, nature-filled stay and such kind hospitality. We’d love to come back and stay in the pool villa.

The family hosting us were super friendly, and the place was great value. We could see Mount Agung from our own balcony. They also have an adorable lady dog named Blackie!

A peaceful location with a lovely view of Agung Mountain right in front. The family were so kind and friendly, and my room was nice and clean. I had a great stay at this homestay.

The bedsheets and pillows were high quality, and the room had nice finishing touches. Breakfast was included, but the choices were very limited and the food tasted a bit dry. The hotel is below the restaurant, so you have to take the stairs down. It’s also next to a highway with lots of trucks, and there was no hot water for showering.
