The room was a little cramped and somewhat noisy, though the place was fairly clean. Breakfast was disappointing, with frozen food reheated, which we didn’t like. It’s a budget-friendly, basic 2-star hotel, and overall it was just okay. We picked it for one night because it was the closest option after arriving late in Semarang. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the staff were kind, even if they didn’t seem very well trained. A practical enough choice for a short, affordable stay, as long as you don’t expect too much.

The receptionist was humble and patient when answering our questions. We booked two rooms for Dec 10-11, 2022, and it worked well for a short family stay. The hotel is close to the main road, so it’s easy to reach tourist spots in Semarang. Parking is very narrow, but thankfully the receptionist asked us to leave our key so they could move another car when we wanted to head out. There’s a track for disabled access, though the lift is very small. The rooms were standard for cleanliness, but felt too small, hehehe. You can hear noise from outside, and the bathroom door has a pretty large gap. The toiletries were dusty and didn’t seem new. My parents’ room had no tissue. I expected a buffet breakfast, but it was Fiesta fast food heated in a microwave. I also suspected the juice used a sweetener other than sugar. After drinking it, my parents, my sister, and I all coughed, and we’re sensitive to artificial sweeteners.

The 4th floor has a REALLY COOL CAFE!!! The food tastes good too, I mean what’s on the plates, not the paper menu. Great atmosphere and nice music choices.
