The location was great, near shops, restaurants, and public transport, so getting around was easy. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Marquis de Lafayette Apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, with everything I needed: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bed. I was really impressed by the quality and comfort.

I own a unit in this apartment and have been complaining about leaks for two years, but Management hasn’t responded or made repairs. When heavy rain comes, I still have to deal with the effects. I regret buying here and don’t know where else to raise the issue. Investors, I don’t think this is the right investment choice. Pollux Group Team, please take this seriously and fix it soon.

There’s a gym and it’s free, plus a fun area for kids. The swimming pool is top-notch, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly. It’s all very comfortable and romantic.

A really, really bad stay. I only went because it was urgent, and I booked through a TRAVELIO agent. The service was very slow, with no operations team on standby. The room wasn’t ready, there was a lot of hair loss, and the AC didn’t get cold. Just a VERY BAD HOTEL/APARTMENT EXPERIENCE.

The pool has the best view 👍. Service was excellent, and the rooms were super comfortable. The location is right in the city center, so it’s close to everywhere.
