RedDoorz near Majapahit Semarang

The room mix-up was handled as if it were my fault, which really annoyed me. I booked and paid for a standard room through the RedDoorz app, then arrived late and was put in a deluxe room because the standard rooms were full. I stayed three nights after adding one night to my original two-night booking. When I asked to extend, I was told I had to leave the room because it was deluxe. On the third night, I agreed to move to a standard room, but still got criticized for adding and paying for the night through the app. If the app price doesn't match what the property expects, that’s for the property and RedDoorz to sort out. I use e-commerce apps too, and businesses know there can be app discounts; customers have already paid through the app. Raise the app price if needed, but don't take it out on the customer. I wasn't going to pay again, and the whole interaction felt unprofessional.

The bathroom was roomy, with clean, steady water and a water heater. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and there was a smart TV too. The mattress felt a little hard, but for the price this was a pleasant stay and good value.

The AC was nice and cold, and the place felt comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good. We were really happy with the friendly staff and the service.
