Sans Hotel Aurum Majapahit Semarang

The rooms were good and really clean, and the location is very convenient. I’m sorry, but I have to give the service a 1 because one staff member was unfriendly and didn’t communicate well with visitors. The other staff were fairly good. I hope the service improves. I believe Sans Hotel Aurum Semarang can do better next time. You can do it!

We had a great stay as a family with kids aged 10. The room was small, but the bunk bed design was pretty novel. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water worked well. We paid 357K for two adults and two kids, which felt quite cheap. There was enough parking for six cars. The hotel is near a gas station and Alfamart and Indomart convenience stores.

The front desk was helpful, and the hospitality at Sans Hotel Aurum is some of the best, I must say. We came with a big family and got clean rooms at an affordable rate. The kids were happy and the parents could relax. It’s not right by Semarang’s attractions, but it’s Semarang, so nothing is too far.

The location wasn’t very strategic for me, so I’d give that a 3/5. I liked the family room, though, with its two floors, or bunk bed. For a family of three, I’d recommend it. My family has three siblings plus my parents, and we found the room a bit small. Overall, 5/5.
