We ordered food, but only a few of the team came out, and nobody told us or confirmed that the food wasn’t available. We waited for 3 hours without any update. When we finally asked, they grinned and couldn’t answer, then got grumpy when we checked again. A really unimpressive experience, wouldn’t recommend. 😐

I ordered black pepper beef and waited about an hour. When I asked, they told me it was still being made. After waiting longer, I complained to the cashier and found out the order was "EMPTY." The employee who was meant to tell us said "FORGOT IT," even though earlier they’d said it was still being prepared. I was hungry, but at least the service was something to be satisfied with. 🤌 Not coming back, bye. 🥲

The place itself is quite good, but the restaurant food was very bad. The fried rice especially had no taste at all. It seemed there wasn’t an expert chef cooking, and there weren’t enough employees. Please improve the quality, especially the food.

You get a direct view of Mount Rinjani, and there’s plenty of room to park. The food is really tasty, too, and there’s even a basketball court. Great place.
