The family room even had Netflix, haha. We found the staff very kind and hope to see them again. The food was extraordinary, especially the pizza. The location is only 50 meters from the entrance to Tiu Kelep Waterfall. Maybe one of the best hotels in Senaru Sembalun.

We stopped in with friends for lunch and had a great time. The beef burger had a thick patty and tasted so good, and the homemade-style wedges alongside it were excellent. Service was friendly and the staff spoke English. They have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks too. The ocean and volcano views are spectacular. Prices are a little higher, but not by much, and the location makes it worthwhile.

Waking up to Rinjani and all the surrounding greenery was unforgettable. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room itself was spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, with modern details that still felt close to nature. Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I had an amazing stay at Rinjani Lodge. 🥰

We had dinner brought straight to our room, and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was so good, and the fish was excellent. The view was awesome too. I had an amazing time at Rinjani Lodge. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly attentive, even bringing umbrellas to our rooms when it rained one afternoon. We stayed for three nights in a Triple room with an extra bed, which worked well for our family of four. It was a good size, with a lovely terrace/balcony looking out over the fields and sunrise. Breakfast was fresh and really good, served quickly, and the juices were incredible. We had dinner there once, and it was great too.
