There’s a large outdoor area with lots of room for events, and the hotel has a good range of facilities and food. My superior room was cozy by the usual standard, though it didn’t have much of a view. The staff were generally well mannered, but service could be better: at reception, one employee kept looking at the monitor while talking with a guest, and it would have helped to have someone assist guests getting food at the bar. Thanks for the hospitality. I hope this will still be our first choice in the city next time.

It’s a calm, green place with a big pool area, a comfortable room, and a good breakfast. The hotel is a little way from the main city, but it’s quiet and not noisy. I’ll stay here again on my next business trip.

This didn’t feel like a place to rest. The hotel is away from the city and near the government center, yet loud music was playing and carried easily into the resting area. It wasn’t even the weekend. You can hear how loud it is in the first video. They really need proper soundproofing.

Mr. Ariadi served us during our romantic dinner and was kind, soft spoken, and good at explaining things. The full course portions were generous for the price, and I especially liked the ice cream. I’d like to see more menu options. We couldn’t sit by the pool because of the rain, but the terrace was nice too. There was some space between us and other guests, thanks to the area limits, though we could still smell their cigarettes. A small fan might help. As for getting to the hotel, the entrance is only reachable from the left lane of the main road. If you miss the turn, you have to go a long way around.
