I stayed for a week on business, and the staff in the front office, kitchen, and housekeeping were all friendly and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast had a range of dishes that changed every day. The room was quite clean and comfortable, with cold air conditioning and a fluffy bed. They also provide slippers, dental kits, coffee and tea, bottled water, and free Wi-Fi. There's a water dispenser for hot water to make drinks or refill your bottle. The main downside is the bathroom floor, which is very slippery. Be careful if you're bringing children or older people.

The service was quite good, and the rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. Breakfast was standard. It's no luxury hotel, and while it's set back from the main road, it's still fairly close to strategic areas.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was super cold. There was noise from outside, though, and that needs attention.

I come here whenever I need a short stay in Serang. It's in a convenient spot, with lots of food stalls and coffee shops within walking distance, some open late at night. The room is simple and clean, but there's no good view from it. Service is okay and the Wi-Fi works well.
