RedDoorz Near Pasar Lama Serang

The AC kept switching between cold and not cold, and the rooms were dull with stained walls. For what it costs, this is the worst Red Dorzz I've stayed at. Haha, I'd look for another Red Dorzz.

The shophouse building was a letdown, and getting there took a long time. It was hard to rest, especially with the room so cramped that the broken AC made it hard to breathe. The sheets were dirty and had blood marks, there was no bath soap, the WiFi didn't work, and they only provided one bottle of water.

It was fairly clean, but the market location is noisy and not a good place to unwind, except maybe for a stopover. The door has a gap at the bottom, so you can see in from outside. They provide just one towel, and there's no car parking.

The loud music and noisy surroundings made it hard to relax. The shower was broken, so washing with tap water was difficult, and the sink was broken too. There was no mirror in the room and, for the first time I've encountered this, no mineral water either, despite the RedDoorz price being over 190. At check-in the staff member wasn't friendly. They also have a rule against setting the AC below 22°, or they charge extra. That's the first time I've read a rule like that, lol. Once was enough for me, I'm not coming back.
