Getting there takes some effort, with a narrow road and an alley to navigate, but the stay itself was comfortable and clean. There’s laundry, a kitchen, and a tasty breakfast. The host was friendly and gave helpful information, and I loved the little fish pond where you can let fish nibble the dead skin off your feet, or your face if you want. It worked well for my low budget, and I’d come back if I’m in Yogyakarta again. :)

The owner, especially the woman who helped us, was so friendly, and the service and facilities made our family stay easy. My husband booked this place for our trip to Jogya two weeks ago, and we found it really comfortable and homey. One thing that could be better is the Google Maps pin, so it’s easier to find.

I came with some college friends from Semarang last August and stayed here. The mother was so humble, and I loved her jam. Does anyone know what brand it is in Semarang? Hehehe. Even after I got back to Semarang, I still had that Andakara feeling with me. It really felt like home.
