There wasn't even water for us to shower. The staff said the reservoir was empty because many guests were staying, but showed no empathy and had a bad attitude. The AC didn't work and the Wi-Fi was dead, either. Staff blamed the owner without trying to fix anything or showing initiative. I wish I could give this hotel chain zero stars after such a bad stay. I thought OYO had standards customers could respect and recommend, but this was far below what I expected. Anyone thinking of staying here should reconsider.
